The Florian Restaurant has an amazing international reputation with the locals and the holiday guests. As a guest at the Parkhotel Graz you can choose between half-board or full-board in order to enjoy your indulgence meal in the stylish premises at the Parkhotel. Relish the Styrian, Austrian and international specialties, all prepared with care and creativity by our long-term chef Kurt Mörth and his team.

Green Styria is blessed with a wide range of top seasonal products throughout the year. During spring we serve asparagus, freshly reaped herbs like bear leek and cress, as well as tender fish and meat. Light, but nutritious salads with scarlet runner beans and crunchy vegetables from the market are well-liked all year round. The famous “Backhendlsalat”, a salad with slices of fried chicken, is another Styrian vitality indulgences. Special salads can be refined with a dash of pumpkin seed oil, which is very popular in Austria.

If you fancy a more hearty meal, why not try the “Kasnockn” (tiny dumplings with spicy cheese), either with Styrian cheese form Murtal or Ennstal. Fresh fish from local waters, like trout or zander, served with Styrian horseradish and seasonal vegetables, is also very delicious.

Autumn presents itself with Styrian dishes with venison, pumpkin and juicy apples and pears. Enjoy roasted pumpkin with alpine ox or fish and an apple strudel with crunchy Styrian apples for dessert.
